Margaret Crutchley
Margaret is Managing DIrector, of CArepoint Physiotherapy completed her physiotherapy degree at Glasgow University. Since this time she has also completed a Post Graduate degree in both Ergonomics and Quality Management Systems at Curtin University. Margaret is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and has twenty years experience in occupational injury management in Western Australia's Workers compensation system through treatment of acute work related injuries. Her special interests include quality management systems in health care ergonomics and occupational safety.

Alison McIntyre
B.Physiotherapy
Alison completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 1999 at the University of Melbourne in Victoria. She then worked for three years in regional Victoria at a public hospital and in private practice. During 2003 and 2004 Alison undertook locum positions in the UK before joining Carepoint Physiotherapy Services Pty Ltd in 2005. Her special interests include hydrotherapy and quality management. In 2006 Alison completed courses in Loads 2 and 3 in Manutention.

Tania Ciavalini
B.Sc. Physiotherapy
Tania completed her B.Sc. (Physiotherapy) in 2004 at Curtin University. She joined the Carepoint team in 2005. Her interests include gym based exercise, hydrotherapy and Pilates based rehabilitation following injury. She recently completed the intial units for a Pilates Rehabilitation Course.
